The sales of products on the website www.lamaison-blanche.it are regulated by the following General Conditions of Sale The products purchased on www.lamaison-blanche.it are sold directly by La Maison Blanche snc (“Seller”), with registered offices in Via Alessandro Volta 1 – 12037 Saluzzo (CN) Italy, Iscr Reg. Imp CN – 308193 of 21/07/2016, C.F. and P.VAT No. 03668670049. La Maison Blanche commercializes the products on sale on the website and does not produce them. The information referring to materials and fabrics composition is provided by the Producer. La Maison Blanche is not responsible for erroneous information provided by the Producer.

  1. Trade policy

1.1 The Seller offers products for sale on the website www.lamaison-blanche.it and trades exclusively with regard to their end-users, defined as ‘Consumers’.

1.2 When we refer to “Consumer” we refer to any individual who interacts with the Maison-blanche.it with purposes not related to their business, business or professional activity carried out, concluding business transactions through www.lamaison-blanche.it site

1.3 In view of its trade policy, the Seller reserves the right not to follow up with orders from persons other than the ‘consumer’ or in any case with orders that do not comply with his trade policy.

1.4 These General Sales Terms only drive the offer, submission and acceptance of product purchase orders on the site www.lamaison-blanche.it between users and the Seller.

1.5 The General Sales Terms do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by persons other than the Seller who may be present on the site www.lamaison-Blanche.it via links, banners or other hyperlinks. We recommend you to check the Terms of Sale before submitting your orders and purchase products and services from individuals other than the Seller, because the Seller is not responsible for services provided by third parties other than collaboration between the Seller or e-commerce, Maison Blanche users and third parties.

  1. Purchase and order process

2.1 To conclude the purchase agreement for one or more products on www.lamaison-blanche.it you will need to fill out the order form electronically and transmit it to the Seller following the relevant instructions.

2.2 Before purchasing the products, through the submission of the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms of Sale and the Right of Withdrawal, to print a copy through the print command and to store or re-produce a copy for your personal use. We will also provide you with a summary of the commercial and contractual terms we propose for the purchase of the products, which contains a reference to the General Selling Terms and a summary of information on the essential features of each product ordered with its price (including all applicable taxes or taxes), the payment methods that you can use to purchase each product, the delivery types of the purchased products, the shipping and delivery costs; as well as the references and the local and e-mail address of the Seller. The Seller will also provide you with a summary of the terms and conditions to apply your right of withdrawal and how and when the purchased products will be returned (taken from the Return Form). 2.3 In the order form, which is displayed immediately before the conclusion of the purchase agreement, we will provide you with summary information about the essential characteristics of each ordered product, the price (including all taxes or taxes) and shipping costs. The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, your order form, after verifying the correctness of the data related to your order.

2.4 The order form will be stored in our database for the length of time it takes to fulfill orders and in any case as the legal requirements. You will be able to access your order form from “My Account” section. The order summary will only be available if you have registered otherwise you will need to keep the copy of the order you received from Maison Blanche by email.

2.5 When you submit the order form, you will be notified about the obligation to pay the indicated price. Before submitting the order form, you will also be asked to correct any errors in data entry.

2.6 When the contract is concluded, La Maison Blanche will process your purchase order.

2.7 The Seller may not be able to process purchase orders that do not give sufficient credit guarantees or that are incomplete or incorrect or in case of unavailability of the products. In these cases, you will be informed by e-mail that we have been unable to conclude the contract and that the Seller has not processed your purchase order specifying the reasons. If the products, presented on www.lamaison-blanche.it, are no longer available at the time of your last access to the site or the submission of the order form, the seller’s will take care to notify you, promptly and in any case, within thirty (30) days from the day, you have sent your order to the Seller. In the case of payment, the Seller will reimburse, without undue delay, what you have already anticipated and the contract will be resolved between the parties.

2.8 With the electronic submission of the order form, you accept unconditionally and commit yourself to observe, in relation to the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with some of the terms in the General Terms of Sale, please do not submit the product purchase order form on www.lamaison-blanche.it

By submitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the Terms and Conditions and the additional information contained on www.lamaison-blanche.it, the Privacy Policy and the Right to Withdraw notice.

2.9 At the contract conclusion, the Seller will send you, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order with the relevant order number.

  • If you have any doubts or requests for information, please contact us, whether by phone (+39 0175063579)or email (Shop@lamaison-blanche.it) we will be happy to provide you with all the information about measures, colors, materials, ingredients, and use.
  • Check that you have entered your data correctly, it is important that the address indicated is easily traceable by the Courier.
  • The Courier will deliver from Monday to Friday in office hours, from 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m., and delivery cannot be scheduled.
  • In case of absence, the Courier will attempt a new delivery, both times leaving a notice or sending you an email notification.
  • If you think you can’t be present for delivery, you can tell us the address of your workplace.
  • Check that you have entered your phone number and email address correctly, if there are problems with fulfilling or delivering your order, it is important that you are traceable in order to agree on any changes.
  • In the days following your order, check your email we’ll send you notifications about your tracking number and order progress.
  • At the goods delivery, you will be required to check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes. In the event of tampering and/or breakage, you will immediately have to contest the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the word “Goods need to be controlled” on the delivery document received by the Courier. You will then need to report immediately, and no later than 24 hours after delivery, any damage by e-mail to our address: Shop@lamaison-blanche.it
  1. Guarantees and product prices

3.1 On www.lamaison-blanche.it only branded and top-quality products are offered on sale. These products are purchased directly from the Seller from carefully selected manufacturers and retailers for their rigorous quality controls.

3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular or quality products of a lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.

3.3 The essential features of the products are presented on the www.lamaison-blanche.itwebsite within each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.lamaison-blanche.itmay not match the real ones due to the browser and monitor differences.

3.4 Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure to check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

  1. Payments

4.1 You can use one of the methods listed in the order form to pay the products and their shipping and delivery costs. You will never you be charged for more than those actually incurred by the Seller, in relation to the payment method you choose.

4.2 In the case of payment by credit card, financial information (for example, credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be forwarded, via secure and encrypted SSL protocol to Stripe, PayPal and Satispay according to the chosen payment method which will provide its electronic payment services remotely, without any third parties having access to it.

4.3 Maison Blanche accepts the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, PostePay, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay), PayPal, Satispay, bank transfer and payment on delivery. PayPal may charge additional payment costs that cannot be reimbursed by the Seller or that otherwise relate to the contractual relationship between PayPal and the buyer.

  • If you pay by credit card and digital wallet, you will only be charged after you complete your purchase.
  • If you pay through Paypal, you pay the invoice amount through PayPal. To make the payment with PayPal you will need to be registered on the PayPal website. After you sign in, you can confirm your payment.
  • If you pay through Satispay, you pay the invoice amount through Satispay. To make the payment with Satispay, you will need to be registered on the Satispay website. After you sign in, you can confirm your payment.
  • In case of payment by bank transfer, you will be required to pay within 7 days of the conclusion of the contract on Maison Blanche account using the bank details in the order confirmation, in case of non-payment within this period, La Maison Blanche will automatically cancel the order. The shipment will take place only after the payment has been received.
  • In the case of cash payment on delivery, the amount of 3€ of charges will be added to the order total.
  • In case you collect the order in the shop (Via Alessandro Volta 1 – 12037 Saluzzo CN), credit cards, debit cards and cash can be used. If you fail to collect within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract, the order will be automatically canceled.

  1. Delivery

SHIPMENTS FROM …. TO …. AUGUST

Our offices will remain closed for holidays from ….. To…. August. For orders placed until Friday …. August will be guaranteed the usual delivery times (24/72h); orders placed after that date will be processed as of Monday….. August. Have a good summer!

For Italy by express courier.

Shipping costs are:

  • 7,90 € per order up to 49 €
  • 4,90 € for orders minor than or equal to 99 €
  • Free for orders over 100 €
  • The delivery will be free for orders picked up at the shop in Via Alessandro Volta 1 – 12037 Saluzzo (CN) and you can receive a discount equal to 10% of the value of your online order to spend in store for a new purchase.

In the case of paying cash on delivery, you will be charged of 3€ of additional costs. The order will have to be pay on delivery directly to the driver.

For outside Italy by express courier.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, volume, and country of destination, before confirming the order the shipping costs will be displayed.
  • Any customs charges will be on you.

Shipments will be made within the business day after the order is received (Monday to Friday), excluding national holidays. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed from the following Monday. All orders received on public holidays will be prepared on the first next business day. In case of non-availability of stock you will be promptly notified.

Shipping times start goods leaves our warehouses. Delivery usually takes place in 24/48 hours in Italy (delivery time may vary for some disadvantaged areas and smaller islands ) and 24/72 hours abroad. Delivery times can vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions, courier problems and strikes.

If you do not pick up the goods shipped, you will be required to reimburse La Maison Blanche within 7 business days of the request, of the cost incurred for the failed shipment and the related storage costs.

La Maison Blanche is not responsible for damages caused by the courier Shipping costs do not include insurance costs. If you wish an All Risk insurance, you can contact us by email, for information and fees.

  1. 6.Right of withdrawal

6.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days, starting from the receipt date of the products purchased on the site www.lamaison-blanche.it. In some specific cases, duly reported in the Right of withdrawal section, it will be possible to change the chosen product with another.

6.2 To withdraw from the contract, you can use the Return Form (compliant with the form type under Article 49, paragraph 4 of the consumer code) to be filled in and transmitted directly online through the www.lamaison-blanche.it website. If you choose to use the Return Form to be submitted directly online through the www.lamaison-blanche.it website, the Seller will send you confirmation by e-mail that the request for withdrawal has been received. If you choose, instead, to send another declaration of withdrawal, You will be charged of proving the right of withdrawal has been expressed correctly and within the time.

6.3 Once you have terminated your contract, you will need to return the products to the Seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) days since you informed the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

6.4 The only charges you will pay are to return the purchased products, unless the Seller has expressly exempted you from those charges at the time of purchase and the additional condition that you use the shipper indicated by the Seller Return Form.

6.5 If you decide to use the shipper indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, however, you will not have to pay for the return costs of the purchased products. The payment of returning goods will be made, on your behalf, directly by the Seller. No payment will be due by you to the driver. The Seller, in order to pay the return, will, in fact, withhold from the refund a lump sum equal to the standard shipping cost of the purchased products. In addition, from the moment the goods will be given to the driver, the Seller exempts you from any liability in case of loss or damage of the products during transport.

6.6 If you decide to use a different shipping mode than the one indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, you will need to pay for the costs to return the purchased products. In this case, an amount equivalent to the standard shipping cost of the purchased products will also be refunded, while any additional costs incurred by you for choosing a different and/or faster type of shipment and delivery than the standard one will not be reimbursed. In this case, you may be liable for the loss or damage of the products during transport, whether it is due to your negligent choice of carrier and/or shipping methods.

6.7 Right of withdrawal – in addition to respecting the terms and methods described in the previous steps 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 – is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully complied with: a. The Return Form submitted online through the www.lamaison-blanche.it website or other, expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract must be properly filled out and sent to the Seller within fourteen (14) days receipt of products; b. products must not have been used, worn, washed; c. the possible packaging that envelops the product with the disposable seal must not have been removed, damaged or in any way tampered with; d. the products must be returned in their original packaging, the packaging must be sealed as originally; if you want to return a kit, you need to return all the items that make it up; e. Returned products must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days since you informed the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract; f. products should not be damaged.

6.8 If the Right to Withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this paragraph 6, the Seller will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products in accordance with the terms and conditions.

6.9 The sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date the Seller has become aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will activate the refund procedures once correctly executed the above terms and conditions, as indicated in paragraph 6.7.

6.10 If the arrangements and deadlines for the exercise of your right of withdrawal are not respected, referred to in the letters a), e) and (f) of the previous paragraph 6.7, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller. Within fourteen (14) days after sending the e-mail with which you will be notified of the non-acceptance of the return, you can choose to reclaim, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, giving notice to the Seller himself, according to the manner that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, the Seller will be able to withhold the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase. If the conditions are not met b), c) and (d) of the previous paragraph 6.7, you will not be entitled to the full refund of the sums already paid to the Seller. You will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the returned products, resulting from a different use than the one authorized by the Seller in order to allow you to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the products themselves. In this case, between 10 and 90% of the sums paid to the Seller for the purchase of the returned products will be deducted from the expected refund, according to the information that you will be specifically informed, by e-mail, by the Seller. Within fourteen (14) days after sending the e-mail with which you will be notified the amount deducted from the refund, you can choose to reclaim, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, giving notice to the Seller himself, according to the manner that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, the Seller will be able to withhold the products and an amount corresponding to the percentage deducted on the refund.

  1. Time and refund method

7.1 After the products have been returned, the Seller will investigate the necessary conditions and the terms set out in paragraph 6. In case the checks are successful, the Seller will send you, by e-mail, the relevant confirmation of the acceptance of the products thus returned. In the event that the checks do not end positively, the Seller informs you, by e-mail, that there is a decrease in the value of the returned products, resulting from your failure to comply with the conditions of the referred to the letters b) c) and (d) of the previous paragraph 6.7. At the same time, the Seller also provides you with the amount that will be deducted from the sums you paid for the purchase of the returned products; As an alternative, the possibility of having back, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, as provided in the previous paragraph 6.10.

7.2 Whatever payment method you use, the refund, full or partial, is activated by the Seller in the shortest possible time and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right withdrawal, after verifying the correct execution of your right to withdraw and verifying the returned products.

7.3 The Seller refunds using the same payment method that you used to purchase the returned products, unless you have expressly agreed with the Seller to use a different payment method and provided that you do not have to incurring any additional cost as a result of the refund. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums owed for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by the Seller, in each case to whom has made the payment.

7.4 The Seller will indicate the courier to be used for the return of the products in this case you can return the products to the Seller, without making the payment of the necessary expenses. According to the method and the terms of the right of withdrawal, this method allows the Seller the direct payment, on your behalf, of the costs of returning the purchased products, with no obligation to pay to the shipper. This method also allows you to check, at all times, where each package is located, with no liability for you in case of loss or damage of the products during transport.

8. Complaints and Guarantees

The warranty of the purchased products only covers the factory defects and non-compliance of the product. With the exception of the replacement of defective and non-compliant products, La Maison Blanche does not take any responsibility for direct and indirect damages that would result from the use, even improper, of the product from you.
The Maison Blanche guarantees that the photos were made to the products that will be shipped in case of sale, so the products delivered are the same as those on the site.
The guarantee is personal and will therefore apply only to the original buyer, being reserved for direct customers and not merchants, retailers, etc.

The Maison Blanche reserves the opportunity to verify the actual defect stated by you and to make the replacement only after that check.
The request will be processed only if the following documents are present in the returned package: a.purchase invoice b. number and order date, and c. detailed description of the defect found.
The costs of returning the goods to the Seller remain at your expense.

  1. Coupons and promo codes

  • Coupons are custom codes that allow you to take advantage of a discount on purchases made on the lamaison-blanche.it site.
  • The “Apply coupon” field appears during the purchase process: once you have placed the items in the cart, enter your coupon code and follow the instructions on the site. Depending on current promotions, coupons may only apply to specific items or categories of items, so other items in the Cart may not be subject to any discount.
  • Limitations on the use of the coupon: The coupon can only be used once, unless returned (as indicated in step 6.4); The coupon will in no way be converted into money; You will not be able to use multiple coupons in the same order; The coupon will only apply to items whose sales value exceeds at least 1 euro the value of the coupon itself
  • . In the event that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal provided by art. 52 of the Consumer Code and return an item on which you have applied the coupon, you will need to follow the standard return procedure by clicking on the “report a problem”link in the shipping notification email.

  1. Applicable law and dispute resolution mode

10.1 The general terms of sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the following regulatory sources: d.lgs 5 Settembre 2005, n. 205 c.d. Consumer Code, d.lgs 9 April 2003, n. 70 concerning the discipline of the electronic contract, codice civile Libro IV – Titolo II- Dei contratti in generale

10.2 All disputes arising from this contract will be referred to the Cuneo Chamber of Commerce and resolved according to the conciliation regulation adopted by it. This Arbitration procedure can also be activated, if possible, through online modes. In the event of a failure of the arbitration procedure, if the parties subsequently wish to take the case to the ordinary judicial authority, the relevant Court is that of the consumer’s residence or domicile, which is inderogable under art. 33, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code.

11.1 The General Terms of Sale are changed from time to time also in view of any Law changes. The new General Terms of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the website www.lamaison-blanche.it
